LAUNCH WINNERS

The checklist

Product launch checklist

Everything a creator's digital product launch needs, in order: the map, the machinery, launch week and the follow-through. Work through it top to bottom — or have it built and run for you.

(a) Weeks 1–2: the map

Before anything is built

  • 1.1

Name exactly who this launch is for — one person, not everyone.

  • 1.2

Write the single promise the product has to keep.

  • 1.3

List the objections that quietly cost you sales, and decide the answer to each.

  • 1.4

Set the price and the number of sales that make the launch a win.

  • 1.5

Pick your dates: open cart, close cart, and the runway before them.

(b) Weeks 2–4: the machinery

Build the run

  • 2.1

Write the sales page around the promise and the objections — not the features.

  • 2.2

Draft the email sequence: warm-up, open, proof, close.

  • 2.3

Set up checkout, delivery and the thank-you page, then test them end to end.

  • 2.4

Prepare every post, story and video for launch week in advance.

  • 2.5

Decide where the traffic comes from: your list, your audience, partners.

(c) Open cart to close cart

Launch week

  • 3.1

Open with the promise, not the product — remind people why this exists.

  • 3.2

Show proof mid-week: results, stories, answers to doubts.

  • 3.3

Handle questions fast; every unanswered doubt is a lost sale.

  • 3.4

Close with a real deadline and stick to it.

  • 3.5

Keep showing up daily — you stay front, the system does the pushing.

(d) The compounding part

After the close

  • 4.1

Deliver immediately and make the first experience excellent.

  • 4.2

Survey buyers and non-buyers — both tell you what to fix.

  • 4.3

Turn results into proof for the next launch.

  • 4.4

Write down what worked, what didn't, and what changes next time.

  • 4.5

Decide the next release before the dust settles — no reset to zero.

(e) Want it run for you?

The checklist is the system. I build and run the system.
